At Kincaid Dental Group, we are pleased to offer an in-house dental savings plan for those patients without dental insurance, or those that would like to increase their dental coverage. For a nominal fee, our savings plan includes all preventive care, and offers a discount on all in office dental procedures.

$299/Year (Kids Under 14 - $249/Year)
$399/Year for Perio Patients (Includes 3 Maintenance Visits/Year)
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
Comprehensive/Periodic Exams (2 per year)
Panoramic X-ray (1 every 5 years)
Bite-Wing X-rays (1 set per year)
Dental Cleaning (2 per year)

Members will receive 15% off all dental procedures performed in the office!
DENTAL EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
This is a dental discount plan and NOT dental insurance.
It CANNOT be combined with any other dental insurance or offers.
It is ONLY good at Kincaid Dental Group (Specialists will not honor discount).
Must remain a part of plan for duration of treatment performed.
This plan is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Payments are due at time of service. If patient wishes to use CareCredit, then discounts are reduced to account for merchant fees.
Plan is active for 12 months and will expire 1 year from date of purchase.
